Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Information

At Pluribox, we are committed to delivering a great shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the guidelines below for all orders shipped within the United States.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accompanying documentation intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Process a Return

  • Shipping Note: Return shipping labels are not included with our orders.

  • Steps: Email us at support@pluribox.com with your order number, full name, and a copy or screenshot of your receipt. Include a brief explanation of why you’re returning the item. If the product is defective or damaged, please attach photos or a video to help expedite your request.

Refunds

  • Inspection & Notification: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and inform you via email about the status of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days and credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We provide exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped (including issues such as wrong size or color).

  • Procedure: To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return by contacting us at support@pluribox.com. For items found to be defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Production Status: Once your order has entered production, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Accuracy Reminder: Please verify your shipping address (including street name and house number) to ensure successful delivery. Any issues resulting from an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.
