After you place an order, we perform a payment authorization check to ensure there are sufficient funds. Once approved, your card is charged, serving as a deposit for your custom-made items. You will receive a confirmation email upon shipment, which also confirms that full payment has been received.

Because our products are crafted to your unique specifications, production will commence only after your payment has been successfully verified.

To complete your purchase, choose “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You will then be securely redirected to our payment gateway to enter your card information or finish your transaction through PayPal. Any payments processed via PayPal will appear on your statement accordingly.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.

For your security, pluribox.com does not store or process credit card details, and we ensure that your payment information is never shared with third parties.
