By using any of the services offered by us, you declare that you are not using Pluribox website or any of the services offered for any illegal, immoral, offensive or prohibited reason at those terms. Pluribox also states to strictly follow all the terms of the present terms and conditions and always values a quickly and respectful treatment with all its customers. Please read carefully the entire terms and conditions before you use any of the services offered by pluribox.com and only proceed with the use of the services if you agree to all the present terms and conditions and if you are aware of all your duties and responsibilities. Personal requirements To have an account on the Pluribox website and use any of the services offered you must be at least 18 years old. We guarantee that we will not sell or share any of your personal data with third parties that are not involved in any Pluribox's activities. Your personal data is secret and confidential, and will only be used for activities that have the final objective of shipping boxes and products to you, as well as if it is necessary to comply with European legislation and the legislation of the country of destination. When signing up at Pluribox web site, you have to create a password to access your personal account. You can’t share this password with anyone. The password is personal and non-transferable and will be used to request the shipments of your products. You are responsible for the security of your account; any loss or theft of your password is only your responsibility. Any loss or damage caused by a failure of your password is your responsibility. To ensure greater security for our customers, if we suspect that your password has been stolen, we will ask additional questions and/or will request some documentation before shipping any of your products. This procedure will be adopted whenever we have any reason to suspect that someone else is using your account and it is intended to protect your personal data and products. Services The service offered by Pluribox consists of receiving the items you purchased, consolidate them when you required, and sending it to the address chosen by you. After doing a purchase, you have to register a notice about it at your personal account, at the "incoming packages" menu, which will allow us to identify and link every product to the correct client. The address provided by the Pluribox website should only be used by you to sending packages with products. You cannot use it for any other purposes, such as creating bank accounts, credit card accounts, creating websites, or registering domains on the Internet, among others. You also do not have authorization to use the address as a business, tax, or residence address. Payments All payments made by you must be made in Euro. Payment will be made through Paypal, using credit or debit cards. You are the only one responsible for the payment of shipping fees and services for your products. If your card is declined, your bank does not authorize the transaction, Paypal does not accept your card, or you have any type of issues with your Paypal account, you will be responsible for checking with the card issuer, regularizing your situation together with Paypal or provide another card as a payment method. We work with a token payment system, that ensures the total security of your payment method. That way, we do not have access to the full data of the card that you used for making the payment. Each payment you make will be a one-time authorization and we will not use or hold your data for any future transaction. You must use your own PayPal account or bank cards that belong to you. If you use a third party's account or cards, we may require you to send proof of identity to the account or card owner before we ship your box. The billing data will be the same used for the shipment, it is not possible to change them, except in the case of returning products to stores. Cancellation and refund policy You can cancel the contracted service at any time, within up to 14 days from the date you contracted the service, as long as the service has not been completed. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the service and shipping within 14 days of the requested date. The service will be considered completed once your box has already been created, assembled, and customized according to your preferences. After the service has been completed, the user will only be entitled to a refund of the amount paid if the box that was shipped was not delivered, being declared as lost by the transportation company chosen by the user. In this case, after the box is declared as lost, the user will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for the service and shipping, which will be refunded within 14 days. How to send products to Pluribox As soon as you finish your registration process and verify your identity, you will have access to an address in Spain, which you should inform as the shipping address of the products in websites and stores in which you wish to buy in Europe. You cannot send any packages to Pluribox address before you received a confirmation that your identity was verified, otherwise, your package may not be received. After we confirmed your identity, you can send your packages to Pluribox, but, to guarantee that your packages will be received, you have to let us know that your package will be sent to our address. When you are making your online purchase on the store website, In the billing address field, you must enter your own billing address and not the Pluribox address. This is important so that invoices for your products are issued informing your address and can be presented to customs, if necessary. We will receive your packages free of charge. You can consolidate up to 3 packages received per created box free of charge, after that, you will have to pay an additional fee for each extra package you wish to consolidate. This helps keep receiving packages free of charge for the majority of our users. Before sending any parcels to Pluribox's address in Spain, you must enter your personal account and confirm the current address. We guarantee the receipt of products, up to 30 days after the date that we informed the shipping address to you. If you need a longer-term guarantee, you need to contact us. Pluribox will receive packages on business days, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, except on public holidays. Pluribox only receives products sent from countries that belong to the European Union free customs area and that do not undergo any kind of customs control. Pluribox only receives products that do not have any type of payment pending, whether it is shipping costs, products, taxes, etc. Packages that require payments of any kind to be received will be refused. At any time, we can request proof of payment (e.g. bank card statements) for the products you have sent to our address before forwarding them to you. Pluribox cannot receive letters on your name. Pluribox will only receive packages containing products that were purchased by you, and that has your name as the recipient. We recommend that you always choose a shipping method that has a tracking number. If the store you are buying from does not offer shipping with a tracking number, please, make sure the shipping method includes the delivery of the package and not just leave it in the letterbox. Pluribox does not guarantee the reception of packages that are only left in the letterbox and Pluribox will not collect packages at the post office that were not delivered or could not be left in the letterbox because they were too big to fit in it. Unless previously agreed, packages that have more than 30 kg of real or volumetric weight may be refused and not received by Pluribox. Your duty to inform about the delivery of products In order to ensure the correct identification of all our customer's products and to ensure safety for all customers and staff, you must inform us whenever you make a purchase or order that will be delivered at Pluribox facility. Once you have purchased a product that will be delivered to the address provided by pluribox.com, you must enter at your personal account, click on the "Incoming Packages" menu and fill in the necessary data to let us know that you have made a purchase which will be delivered to our address. To ensure your security and the correct identification of your products, you must provide the name of the store where it was purchased and the estimated delivery date, usually provided by the store at the time of purchase. We guarantee the receipt of all your orders, within the previously informed days and times, as long as they are in accordance with the information previously registered in the "Incoming Packages" menu, at your personal account. If you need to change the delivery date, you can simply edit the information at your personal account. You can also inform the tracking number of your order, which will guarantee an immediate treatment in the registration of your product after we receive it. We do not guarantee that we will receive any product or order that had not previously been informed by you at your personal account. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause the products to not be received or a possible delay in the identification and registration of your products. We cannot guarantee that a specific package will be refused, regardless of whether there is an "Incoming packages" registered or not. So, if you want to cancel a purchase, you must cancel with the store before the package has been shipped. Once the package has been received by Pluribox, you must pay the return fee for your package to be returned to the store. You must notify Pluribox of your purchase that it will be delivered to our address as soon as possible with at least 1 day prior to the actual delivery date, otherwise, your package may not be received. Product registration and storage Every time a package arrives, you will receive a free photo of the outside of your package or of the label of your package and one free photo of the items that are inside of your package (you will only receive a photo of the retail/product package, you will not receive a photo of the content of the product package). When the package contains more than one product of the same type you will receive a photo with all your products together. If you need more photos of a specific item or need to check any detail of your item, you will have to request it through your personal area and there will be a service fee of 5 euros (for up to 5 extra photos), that should be paid by you when you create your next box for each of the required services. Additional photos of the products can only be requested until you place your order for a box that contains the product. Bulky items, with volumetric or real weight bigger than 30kg, will not be photographed. After we open your package, the outer packaging (outside box) in which your products came will be discarded / reused and your products will be stored without it. We guarantee free storage of your item or product for up to 30 days. After this, you will be charged a 1 Euro storage fee per day. The maximum storage period is up to 50 days in total (30 days free, plus 20 days of paid storage). If you do not pay for the shipping of your box within 50 days from the day your product was delivered to Pluribox, your product will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or notice. In the case of returning prohibited items or for bulky items (volumetric or real weight greater than 30 kg), the products can only be stored in our facilities free of charge for a period of 10 days. After this period, a fee of 1 euro per cubic meter of storage will be charged. The maximum paid storage period for prohibited or bulky items is 20 days. After this period, if the product is not returned or shipped, it will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or any notice. If you do not pay the storage fee for a period of 10 days, your product will be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated or auctioned, with no right to be refunded and without any previous notice. The storage fees must be paid by the user, regardless of whether the products are shipped or abandoned. By using Pluribox services, you agree and authorize Pluribox to receive and open every parcel, product, and mail that arrives for you at Pluribox address. Abandoned Packages After the free 30-day storage free period, if you keep your product at our facility, you have to pay the daily storage fee. If you do not pay the storage fee for a period of 10 days, your products will be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated or auctioned, with no right to be refunded and without any previous notice. The storage fees must be paid by the user, regardless of whether the products are shipped or abandoned. The user is responsible to control the storage period and eventual storage fees that must be paid. The maximum storage period is up to 50 days in total (30 days free, plus 20 days of paid storage). If you do not pay for the shipping of your box within 50 days from the day your product was delivered to Pluribox, your product will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or notice. If the user creates a box with a product that will be considered abandoned during the period of preparation of the box by Pluribox or that is already considered abandoned, after Pluribox notifies the user that the box is ready, the user will have until the next day to make payment of the box and due fees, otherwise, the product will be considered abandoned and may be discarded, donated or auctioned, with no right to be refunded and without any previous notice. Storage fees must be paid by the user, regardless of whether the product was shipped or abandoned. The period of up to 48 hours on business days that Pluribox needs to create the box will be considered as storage days and will be subject to the payment of storage fees. In the case of returning prohibited items or for bulky items (volumetric or real weight greater than 30 kg), the products can only be stored in our facilities free of charge for a period of 10 days. After this period, a fee of 1 euro per cubic meter of storage will be charged. The maximum paid storage period for prohibited or bulky items is 20 days. After this period, if the product is not returned or shipped, it will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or any notice. If a product is delivered to Pluribox without a Incoming packages registration or without the full name of the user, making it impossible to identify to whom the package belongs to, after 10 days, if no user sends an email informing about the package's arrival or does not send the necessary proofs of the package, making it impossible to identify to which user the package belongs to and there is no contact from any user regarding the delivery of the package, the package will be considered abandoned and will be auctioned, donated or discarded, without any notice prior. Returning the product to the seller After we receive and register your products if you notice that something is wrong with any of your products or if you want to return them, you may require us to return the product on your behalf if the seller offers you this option. We will charge you a fee to handle the return of your product for you. The fee that will be charged is the Pluribox fee and it will be based on the size/weight of the parcel. In addition, you might have to pay for the return shipping fee, if your seller does not offer shipping for returning products. Once you have paid for your box, it is not possible to return any product that is in the box. For items that will be returned, the maximum period that the product can be stored in Pluribox is 30 days, with no possibility of paying additional storage days. Thus, your product must be collected by the carrier within 30 days from the day it was delivered to Pluribox. If the product is not effectively returned within 30 days, it will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or notice. To return prohibited items or bulky items (volumetric or actual weight greater than 30 kg), the store where you bought the item must arrange the transportation for the item that will be returned and the item must be collected by the shipping company at the Pluribox facilities. In the case of returning prohibited or bulky items (volumetric or actual weight greater than 30 kg), the products can only be stored in our facilities for a maximum period of up to 15 natural days after paying for Pluribox return services. If after this period the items are not collected by the company responsible for transporting the item that will be returned, it will be considered abandoned and will be discarded, donated, or auctioned, without the right to any refund or any notice. As soon as the product is collected by the transportation company hired by the store, Pluribox will send an email to the user informing that the box has been shipped. Thus, it is the user's responsibility to verify if the products have actually been collected within the maximum 15-day period from the day the Pluribox return service was paid. Consolidation, shipping request and delivery address You can request the consolidation or shipment of your products at your personal account at the Pluribox website. At the time of your request, you will be offered some services that may be needed to make sure that your products will reach you in the safest and most economical way. It is your responsibility to analyze the fragility of your products and to contract the services that are necessary to guarantee the protection of your products. The maximum internal dimensions for a consolidated box is 60x60x40cm. If the products, when consolidated, exceed any of these measures, they will have to be shipped separately. Regarding product protections, it is always recommended to keep the original protections. When the user asks to remove the protections from the products, the protections that do not add significant volume or weight to the product or those that are essential for the protection of the product will be maintained. When the user hires additional protections, the needs of each product will also be analyzed and products that do not need any protection, like some kind of clothes, can be sent without additional protection. When you create your box, your products will be placed in a box / packaging that has the smallest dimensions that we have available when preparing your box. If your product is shipped by the store in the retail / original box itself, without additional shipping packaging (eg machines, computers, flat screens and small appliances), it will also be shipped to you only in the package in which it was received, without any additional box or packaging. So, if you want any additional packaging for your product, please contact us to request the possibility of special packaging for this type of product. If the user requests it, Pluribox can remove the product from the original product box (inner box), discarding it entirely, not keeping any parts of it. Pluribox does not handle products or packaging, changes their shape, sends the packaging separately from the product, or any type of joining or modification in the products or packaging, even at the user's request. You can consolidate up to 3 received packages per created box free of charge. If you want to consolidate more than 3 received packages in the same box, you must pay a consolidation fee for each extra package you want to be consolidated. The consolidation fee is charged based on each package that was received and it is charged even if the received packages are from the same purchase that was shipped in several packages by the store. When you are ordering consolidation or/and shipping of your products, first you have to select the products that you want us to send you and how many units of each product you want. After, you will be able to select which services you want to add to your box. Some services are free and other services are paid. Our goal is that your product arrives for you in perfect conditions, so, after selecting the services that you want to add to your box, you can also make observations about extra care or any information that you think it is important for us to know when we are packing your products. However, that note is only a suggestion from the user, no additional service should be required on that field, and there is no obligation or responsibility of Pluribox to follow the instructions contained in the note. We will always be careful and diligent when packing your products. After that, you must choose the delivery address of your box. You must ship your box to yourself (your name), to your home or work address, and we may need documentation that the address belongs to you. If you need to send your box to a third person, you can only send to immediate family members, your submission must be previously approved by Pluribox, and you might need to provide additional documentation of the address, proof of payment of purchase (bank statement), copy of the person's document (ID card or passport) to whom you are sending your box, selfies, a documentation that can prove that the person is a family member, among any other documentation that might be required by Pluribox. You cannot send your box to other addresses, such as other package forwarders, hotels, package reception services, mailboxes, among others, or any other address that is not the recipient’s personal address. All the documentation submitted must be in English or translated by an official certified translator. Pluribox reserves the right not to accept shipping boxes to the requested address, even if the relevant documentation has been sent. Also Pluribox reserves the right to suspend the user account and their products will be blocked, and it will only be possible to return the products to the store from which they were purchased. Depending on the country of destination of your box, some additional information might be required, such as your Tax ID or some other document, it is your obligation to fill in all the fields of the address and inform us about any additional information that should be on the box’s label. It is the responsibility of the user to fill in correctly the necessary data so that the box reaches the final destination. After you select the shipping method, you will not be able to cancel your order or make any changes, such as changes to the content, data, recipient, address or require any additional service for your box. On the occasions when it is still possible to change your order, it will have a special service fee of 20 Euros, once it will require a totally manual management. Any changes, cancellations, or additional services must be requested before selecting the shipping method and a service fee will be applied. You can only ask us to create one box per time. If you have one box already being created or waiting for the selection of shipping method or payment, or with any issue, Pluribox reserves the right to not create new boxes until the older box is paid by you and / or the issue is resolved. Also, Pluribox reserves the right to not ship more than one box per day per user. If the user already has a box shipped that was not yet delivered, Pluribox can wait until the box is successfully delivered before shipping another box, even if it is already paid. Customs declaration and customs clearance Before completing any order to ship a box, you must complete the customs declaration form. Since Pluribox does not buy or sell products and has no way of knowing how much you paid for each item, you are solely responsible for making your customs declaration correctly. The customs declaration must be completed with correct and detailed information for all shipments that will be sent to countries outside the European Union customs area. You must inform the description of all your products and the value of each item that will be sent. The description previously provided by Pluribox has only the purpose of identifying the product, you must correct or complete the description of your item when filling the customs declaration. You are responsible for ensuring that the quantity of items, values, and descriptions are correct. For shipments made by any Courier, Pluribox will generate a pro forma or a non-commercial invoice, informing the total value and description of the items as informed by the user. The user must check with the Customs if any additional documentation might be required and if there is any limitation for the product that will be shipped. Pluribox will not be able to provide any other documentation for customs clearance other than the pro forma or a non-commercial invoice, once Pluribox does not sell any products to the user, but only provides a parcel forwarding service. The user is the only one responsible for any additional documentation for export / import that might be required. Eventually, customs may require additional documentation about the contents of your shipment, such as documents that prove the purchase and values, commercial invoices in your name, among others, that must be presented by you. You are solely responsible for any fine, damage, or loss resulting from problems with customs. You are the only one responsible for the payment of any fees, fines, taxes, or any other amount charged for the importation / exportation of your products. If you do not pay the amounts due and/or do not present the documentation required by customs, you will be solely responsible for all losses incurred. If we are charged on your behalf for any of these amounts, you should reimburse us immediately. If your box returns to us due to problems with import/export documentation or for non-payment of any value, tax, or fee, you will be responsible for paying all return fees. You agree that you are the only one responsible for the content of your customs declaration and that you will be the only one responsible for any errors or inaccuracies presented. If there is an issue pending in a box shipped, Pluribox may retain any products that the user has remaining in stock, until the issue is solved. If the user does not solve the issue pending within 15 days, Pluribox may auction or sell the products as compensation for possible amounts due. Calculating the price of the shipping fee and other fees After you choose which products you want us to ship to you, we will assemble your box within 48 hours on business days and after that you will be informed about shipping options and pricing considering the final weight and volume of your box and any additional services required. If you need to make any changes on your order, a service fee will be applied. The amount charged for your box will be based on its final size or weight, whichever is greater. When creating a box, the items can usually occupy around 60% of the total volume of your box, as it is impossible to make a perfect fit between various items of different formats and we can’t offer a perfect fit box for your items, so, the items will be placed in smaller box available at the moment. Please keep in mind that the box and the protective packaging always adds weight and volume to your box. All transportation companies work with two measures weight (real weight and volumetric weight) and they always charge the heaviest, the calculation of the shipping fee is made based on the heaviest weight of your final box, so you will be charged for how much your box really weight or by how big your final box is (volumetric weight). The volumetric weight considers that there is 200kg in a cubic meter. So, the volumetric weight is calculated as (length × width × height) / 5000. The value of the shipping fee includes the transportation fee from our facility to the shipping company in Spain, and also the transportation from the shipping company facility to your address, as well as the packaging, tapes, shipping labels, forms and other materials necessary to prepare the box. Additional charges may incur for non-regular shipments. Regarding the volumetric weight informed (based on the measures of your box), all carriers use a laser tool to take the measurements of the boxes, that considers the longest part or every side and even any curvatures of the boxes. For that reason, sometimes there may be significant differences between laser measurement and measures using a tape. The measures are taken considering whole centimeters, any millimeter difference will be rounded up to the next centimeter. If the transportation company, when checking the measures of your box, consider that it is heavier (volumetric weight or actual weight) than the previously informed weight for which you already paid the shipping fee, Pluribox will notify you of the difference and about the additional amount that should be paid by you. If there is a difference in the shipping rate of the transportation company chosen by you from the amount you paid for the shipping rate, Pluribox will notify you, and you should pay the difference of the value of the shipping rate. If there is an issue pending in a box shipped, Pluribox may retain any products that the user has remaining in stock, until the issue is solved. If the user does not solve the issue pending within 15 days, Pluribox may auction or sell the products as compensation for possible amounts due. If the transportation company that was chosen by you to do the shipment of your box no longer has the option of shipping available or if, for any reason, the shipment cannot be done by the transportation company, Pluribox will send your box by another transportation company, that offers service with similar conditions to the one chosen by you or contact you if it’s necessary. In addition to the shipping fee, you must pay the Pluribox service fee which will be also calculated based on the gross weight or the volumetric weight, always being charged the heaviest. Liability for loss or damage to your items The service we offer is to receive your packages and after that, send your products to you. While your products are inside our facility, they are under our responsibility. In the event of any loss or damage to any of your products while they are inside our facility, which is proven to be our fault, we may choose to buy a new product with the same characteristics or refund you for the value of the products (the amount for which you purchased them, limited to the declared value if you have already created your box with the products). After we handed your products to the shipping company, chosen by you to transport the products to your country, Pluribox's liability for your product will be finished. If any loss or damage occurs with your box, we will assist you in the complaint with the transportation company and offer all possible assistance to you, however, the final responsibility for any reimbursement or compensation for damages or loss of your products is solely the responsibility of the transportation company. Pluribox's liability, in respect of packages that were shipped, is limited to the amount of the Pluribox fee (excluding shipping / transportation costs). Considering that you exempt Pluribox from any and all legal or non-judicial claims, for any amount above the Pluribox rate. We will not be liable for any damages or loss, that had occurred due to your error or omission in providing false or incorrect information, or for not providing all the necessary information for the shipping. Delivery times After you create your box and pay for it, we will prepare your shipment, usually within 1 to 3 business days, and send it to the transportation company. The shipping times reported for each shipping method are only an average estimative. There is no legal guarantee regarding delivery times. Your box can be delivered before or after the estimated date. You will need to track your box's tracking number to ensure that someone will be available to receive your box when it is delivered by the transportation company. In addition, the deadlines do not consider the time spent on inspections and customs clearances. Failure to deliver your box We will ship your box to the address provided by you and using the shipping method chosen by you (or similar shipping method, if the chosen one is not available). The carriers or postal services will always make at least one attempt to deliver your box to the address provided by you and in some cases, more than one attempt. After that, if it was not possible to deliver your box, it can be discarded by the carrier. In some cases, your box may be left available at a place informed by the carrier or postal service and after a few days, it will be discarded or returned. You are responsible for checking the tracking number of your box and ensure that you or someone else will be available to receive your box. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is present, you are responsible for contacting the company responsible for delivery, to check where you should collect your box, or whether a new delivery attempt will be made. Pluribox will not be responsible for any loss resulting from failure to deliver the box for reasons attributed to the user, including any costs of return shipping fee of the box. If the user's box is returned to Pluribox, the user will not be entitled to any refund of the shipping costs, and the user will be responsible for paying all costs and / or losses generated by the return of the box, as well as managing the return with the carrier and public agencies, including customs clearance. Any loss that occurs during the return process will be the responsibility of the user. Once the box is returned to Pluribox, the products will be retained until the carrier informs Pluribox of all costs involved in the return process, it may take up to 90 days. By default, shipments only have the compulsory insurance coverage offered by the carriers. The compulsory insurance coverage does not take into consideration the value of the products. The maximum coverage is determined by international legislation and agreements based on the real weight of the goods, up to a certain maximum value. The amount of compensation paid by the compulsory transportation insurance is usually around 10 euros per kilogram (real weight) for international transportation, limited to a maximum value. The user agrees to correctly declare the content and its value. The user understands that the declaration of value / customs declaration without contracting the optional insurance does not give the right to compensation for loss (other than the compulsory insurance coverage), since said "value" field is merely informative for purposes like customs, statistical, etc. You have up to 15 days after the end of the estimated delivery time for your box, informed on the Pluribox website when you created your box, to complain about boxes that were not delivered. After this period, complaints will not be accepted. In cases of a total loss of the package, the claim will only begin to be processed once the transportation company has carried out an intense search at its warehouses and determined that the package is declared as lost. This search and declaration of loss by the transportation companies usually last around forty business days from the date the parcel was scheduled for delivery. The package will be considered as delivered to the user whenever the tracking of the shipment shows it as delivered. It will not be possible to open a claim for loss while the tracking shows it as delivered. At the moment of receiving the package, it is important that you write down with the delivery person if there is any damage to the package, but the user should never refuse to receive the package. If you suspect that there are hidden damages to the products, you should also take a note with the delivery person, that the package is pending verification of hidden damage, otherwise, the transportation company will exempt its responsibility for possible damage to the products. Also, any type of claim for damage or failure to deliver packages must be made to Pluribox within 24 hours after the date on which the package was considered lost, delivered, or upon receipt of the damaged package. You will be required to provide all the documentation to request the compulsory insurance compensation or the optional insurance, such as product commercial invoices (have to be in the name of the recipient of the box and with the date of purchase less than 30 days from the time of submission), loss form, pictures of the damages (including the outer and inner box), personal documents, or any other document required by the transportation company. The estimated resolution of claims will be between 2 to 12 months after all requested documentation is provided. Pluribox has no influence on the time or the final decision about the claims made by the transportation company. If the products are recovered after the user has been compensated for their loss, he is obliged to return the compensation. The payment of compensations for loss or damages will be made through credits to your Pluribox account. Subsequently, if possible, the user may request the amount be transferred to his bank account via TransferWise. The coverage will only take effect if the user is current on payments of all services. The coverages will be effective as long as the transported products are not on the prohibited items list, in which case, the user accepts at the time of hiring that they are being transported without any insurance coverage at all. In addition, it is prohibited to ship and transport any items, products or substances considered illegal within the European Union and/or the country of destination of your product, or items that transportation is subject to limitations or prohibitions in both territories.
