Founding Terms

These terms apply to the Pluribox Founding Cohort and are effective from 7 August 2026. Pluribox may update these terms where reasonably necessary, but an update will not remove a referral reward already earned or founding-pricing eligibility already secured under the terms that applied at that time. Full Terms of Service governing use of the Pluribox platform will be published before public launch.

Becoming a founding member

You become eligible for founding pricing when you join the waitlist, verify your email, receive an invitation to access Pluribox and activate a paid plan within 30 days of your invitation. Free-only usage does not activate founding paid pricing.

How the protection works

Your founding price stays protected while your paid Pluribox subscription remains active. While a member retains founding status, they have access to the founding-cohort prices of both paid plans. A direct switch between paid plans preserves founding status. Cancelling or moving to Free breaks continuous paid status. If your first cancellation happens before the first anniversary of public launch, you receive one opportunity to reactivate a paid plan before that anniversary and restore founding pricing. After the first launch anniversary, cancelling or moving to Free ends founding pricing.

Scope

Founding status and pricing are attached to the original account and are not transferable. Fraud, chargeback abuse or material terms violations may invalidate the benefit. Pluribox will open in controlled invitation waves; invitation timing is at Pluribox's discretion.
